Regular visits keep a garden under control rather than letting it get away from you. Most of our customers settle into a weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit, and the work changes sensibly with the season.

A traditional Cornish skill
Traditional Cornish hedge construction and repair for gardens, boundaries and rural properties.
The Cornish hedge is one of the oldest man-made structures still in everyday use, and it deserves to be built and repaired properly — stone and turf, in the traditional manner, rather than shortcuts.
Pricing depends on the length, the condition of the existing bank, access to the site and the materials required, so this work is always individually quoted.

Planting & Garden Preparation
Preparation of beds and borders, soil improvement, planting and mulching to establish attractive, manageable garden areas.
Good planting starts below ground. Beds are prepared and soil improved before anything goes in, so plants establish rather than struggle.
Suitable for refreshing an existing border or preparing a new planting area. Planting choices take account of exposure, salt-laden wind and Cornwall's mild, wet winters.

Hedge Cutting & Pruning
Regular or one-off hedge cutting and pruning to keep gardens tidy and manageable.
Hedges and shrubs are cut and shaped at sensible times of year, whether that is an annual reduction of an established boundary hedge or ongoing trimming as part of a maintenance round.
Pricing depends on the size of the hedge, access to it and the amount of waste generated, so this work is quoted individually.

Pressure Washing
Pressure washing for suitable patios, paths and other outdoor hard surfaces.
Patios, paths, steps and other suitable hard surfaces cleaned to lift moss, algae and general Cornish green growth.
Surfaces are assessed first — not everything is suitable for pressure washing, and it is better to say so than to damage something. Send a photograph and we can advise.

Green Waste Removal
Removal and responsible disposal of the green waste produced during gardening work and clearances.
Green waste generated during maintenance visits, hedge cutting and clearances can be taken away and disposed of responsibly.
Cost depends on the quantity of waste and the disposal required, so it is quoted alongside the work itself rather than at a fixed rate.
